We started because good work kept getting split across four vendors
Digital Grow Bazaar is 40 people in Delhi who build websites, run campaigns, shoot content and manage marketplace accounts — deliberately under one roof, because the handovers between agencies were where every project used to break.

The problem we were built to solve
In 2017 a typical growing Indian brand worked with a website vendor, a separate SEO freelancer, a video guy who was someone's cousin, and an intern uploading products to Amazon. Each did their bit competently. The business still went nowhere, because nobody owned the whole picture.
Growth is not a set of tasks. It is a chain. The photograph decides the click-through rate. The click-through rate decides the ad cost. The landing page decides the conversion. The listing decides whether any of it turns into an order. Break one link and the rest of the spend is wasted.
How we are set up differently
Every client has a single account manager and a working group that includes whichever specialists the account needs. They share one thread, one calendar and one set of numbers. When the marketplace team notices a returns problem, the photography team is already in the conversation.
We charge flat retainers rather than a commission on ad spend or GMV, which means the honest recommendation and the profitable one are always the same recommendation.

Where we work from
Our office and studio are in Sector 63, Delhi. Roughly two-thirds of our clients are elsewhere in India and work with us entirely remotely — Bengaluru, Jaipur, Surat, Ludhiana, Hyderabad and beyond.

Four rules we do not bend
Say the uncomfortable thing
If your product is priced wrong or the channel does not suit you, you will hear it from us before you spend money finding out.
Own the outcome, not the task
Nobody here says 'that's not my department'. If the campaign underperforms because of the landing page, we fix the landing page.
Teach, don't gatekeep
We train client teams knowing it may reduce their dependence on us. It has never once cost us an account.
Boring consistency wins
Weekly shipping beats quarterly heroics. Almost every result we are proud of came from doing unglamorous work for eighteen months.
Nine years, one step at a time
- 2017
Two people, one room
Started as a two-person web development shop in Noida, building sites for local manufacturers and traders.
- 2019
Marketing joins the stack
Clients kept asking who would bring traffic to the sites we built, so we added SEO and paid media in-house.
- 2021
The studio opens
A dedicated photography and video studio, after one too many campaigns stalled waiting on client-supplied assets.
- 2023
Marketplace practice
A specialist team for Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho — today the fastest-growing part of the business.
- 2026
40 people, one roof
Developers, marketers, editors, photographers and marketplace managers, all in the same building.
What it is actually like to work with us
Unedited feedback from founders and sellers who let us near their revenue.
“We were doing about ₹4 lakh a month on Amazon and losing money on ads. Six months in we are at ₹19 lakh with a 22% ACoS. What changed was the discipline, not some secret trick.”
“The new website ranks for eleven of our fourteen target keywords and brings in enquiries that used to come only from trade fairs. Their team explained every decision in plain language.”
“One shoot day gave us three months of content. The product photos passed Amazon's checks first time, which had never happened with our earlier photographer.”
“I joined the training thinking I would learn listing tricks. I ended up rebuilding my pricing entirely. My returns dropped from 31% to 18% and I finally know my real margin per order.”
“Their reporting is the first I have received from an agency that shows the numbers that went against them too. That is worth more than a pretty dashboard.”
“Flipkart had suspended our top listing during the sale week. They filed the appeal the same day and it was back live in 72 hours.”
